Exchanges and/or refund on Spain


Any item bought on Felipe Varela, which does not completely satisfy customer’s expectations, can be changed or returned upon request by sending us an email to sac@felipevarela.com, during the next 5 DAYS after the item has been received (the exchange and/or refund period starts on the day that the customer receives the order on the delivery address given for delivering service).

In case of any cocktail dress AND ACCESSORIES, any exchange or refund must be communicated during the next 24 hours after receiving it (the exchange and/or refund period starts on the day that the customer receives the order on the delivery address given for delivering service) (1) upon request by sending us an email to sac@felipevarela.com

Felipe Varela reserves the right to check all items before accepting any exchange or refund.

Please make sure all items are in the same conditions as they were delivered, including all identification labels.

We provide you here a summary of our exchange and refunds policy, as you can see it on your order confirmation:

You have 5 days to communicate us any exchange or refund on pret-a-porter products, and 24 hours in case of cocktail dressings and accessories (the exchange and/or refund period starts on the day that the customer receives the order on the delivery address given for delivering service). Please make sure all items are in the same conditions as they were delivered, including all identification labels.

In case you want to proceed with the exchange and/or refund process, please request it by sending an email to sac@felipevarela.com

On the next 28/72 hours (working days from Monday to Friday), you will receive an email with the following information:

- Order collection date.

- Documentation needed for the carrier.

- Order tracking number.

Any of these costs related to exchange and/or refund processes will be charged to the customer. Any of this costs will not be refunded to the customer.

On the next SEVEN days after we receive the Exchange or refund, we will notify the customer the date and method for the exchange or refund by email.

Felipe Varela commits to reimburse the final refund amount on the next 30 days after the refund acceptation.

 

For the exchange or refund


The exchange or refund process is made by sending back the order width the delivery company. For this, it is essential no notify the exchange and/or refund previously through our Customer Service Department, sending an email to sac@felipevarela.com. Once we have been notified about this, we will proceed to send you an email with the collecting instructions.

For any exchange or refund, it is needed to properly pack all items, in order to avoid any possible deterioration of the product, and it is also needed to include order’s invoice. The following address must be clearly specified outside the package:

Felipe Varela will not accept any exchange or refund if those have been not notified by the ways set out on this page.

In case the customer does not notify the exchange or refund by the ways mentioned on this page, Felipe Varela will not accept any responsibility for the items sent.

Refund will be made by the same payment method and only includes products that have been not already used.

Customer will receive through an email refund instructions.

Invoice is required for any complaint.

In case the exchange and/or refund is from Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Felipe Varela will not accept in any case freight collects. Any exchange and/or refund must be made by regular mail (we suggest registered mail in this case) or Delivery Company. For this, it is necessary to notify in advance our Customer Service Department, by sending an email to sac@felipevarela.com.
